Prices and Payment Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by PAYPAL, cheque or cash fill our online form and send your item code and we will let you know in 24h. Delivery We only deliver inside cambridge. Cancellation You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, or phone. After-Sales Services and Guarantees 1. All items are tested as working prior to being dispatched. 2. Should any item be found faulty within 48 hours of delivery please contact ZHIGS PC TECH contact form immediately by email or telephone and the item will be replaced. 3. ZHIGS PC TEC SERVICES will be responsible for delivering the replaced goods or components. 4. All New item is covered by a 12 months return to base warranty. All Refurbished items are covered by a 30 days return to base warranty. 5. Any items found faulty within the warranty period will either be repaired or if we can’t repair, then the item will be replaced.
