Bleaching works by increasing the tooth’s permeability yo oxygen which breaks down stain molecules. It is a combination treatment meaning that there is a 2 weeks home treatment followed by a 1 hour visit at the dentist.

Q. Will my crown, veneers or fillings changes colour?

A. No sometimes you may need to change some of these after bleaching.

Q. Is the pain or discomfort?

A. You may get some transient sensitivity, however your dentist will give you easy to use desensitising swabs to take home, which work immediately.

Q. How long does it takes?

A. Two weeks after your dentist delivers your bleaching trays. These are thin and comfortable and must be worn in the bed for 14 nights, then on the 15th day you need to see your dentist for the second treatment which takes only 40 minutes.
